If nothing endswhere do we begin?

About This Quote

This is a pretty insightful quote by the poet, Emily Dickinson. If she were alive today she would have to admit that life is full of uncertainties and surprises. For her, the only certainty was death. She was afraid of dying but had no idea where she was supposed to go. If she died, then what? If there was someplace else for her to go, then why couldn’t she go there? What if she never got to die, but lived forever? The question of whether or not we will attain eternity is still unanswered for modern day scientists.
